1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VaultMind's AI-powered cybersecurity platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Given the sensitive nature of security operations, you must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
3. Service Description
VaultMind provides AI-powered threat detection, automated incident response, cross-environment signal correlation, and compliance reporting tools. Features may vary by subscription plan. The platform monitors endpoints, networks, and cloud environments to detect and neutralize security threats.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to conduct unauthorized security testing against third-party systems, reverse-engineer our AI detection models, or engage in any unlawful activity. You must ensure all monitored infrastructure is owned or authorized by your organization.
5. Data Processing
VaultMind processes security telemetry data including network traffic metadata, endpoint behavior logs, authentication events, and cloud workload signals. This data is used exclusively for threat detection, incident response, and compliance reporting as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Threat intelligence reports and compliance documentation generated through our platform are owned by you. VaultMind retains rights to the underlying AI models, detection algorithms, behavioral baselines, and platform technology.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. Enterprise plans may be invoiced with net-30 payment terms.
8. Service Level Agreement
We maintain 99.99% platform uptime for Business and Enterprise plans. Automated threat response operates with sub-200ms latency. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
VaultMind Security Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including security breaches that occur despite our monitoring. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.

1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, organization), security telemetry data (network traffic metadata, endpoint behavior, authentication logs, cloud workload signals), and technical data (browser, device, IP address) to provide and improve our threat detection services.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to deliver threat detection and incident response services, train and improve our AI models for better threat identification, generate compliance reports, provide customer support, and send security alerts and service-related communications. We do not sell personal data or security telemetry to third parties.
3. Security Telemetry Data
VaultMind processes security signals from your endpoints, networks, cloud workloads, and SaaS applications. This telemetry is used exclusively for threat detection, behavioral baselining, and incident correlation. Telemetry data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
4. Data Security
We use industry-leading encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, regular penetration testing, and strict access controls. All security analysts undergo background checks and security clearance verification.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data only with essential service providers (cloud hosting, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements. We do not share security telemetry with any third parties. Threat intelligence feeds are consumed but never include customer-specific data.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting dpo@vaultmind.tech. Security telemetry data can be exported in standard formats (CEF, STIX/TAXII) upon request.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation. Security log retention varies by plan: 7 days (Starter), 30 days (Business), 365 days (Enterprise). Anonymized threat intelligence data may be retained longer to improve detection models.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States. We offer data residency options in the US, EU, and APAC regions for Enterprise customers. We comply with applicable data transfer regulations including GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Updates
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit platform functionality, particularly real-time threat monitoring features.

We use limited third-party cookies from analytics providers (processed in compliance with GDPR) and payment processors. No advertising cookies are used.
